2. A structured plan
You receive a written concept with:

- A tech-stack proposal with reasoning (no hype-driven development)
- A clear fixed price and timeline – no open-ended hourly trap
3. Delivery in sprints
We work in one- to two-week sprints and show you a clickable build after each step. You can give feedback at any time.
4. Launch & handover
You get full access to everything: code repository, hosting account, domain. No vendor lock-in.

Choosing the tech stack
Our default is Astro + Cloudflare (D1) – cost-effective, fast and cached worldwide. For e-commerce we use Shopify or Stripe Checkout with a custom front end, depending on your requirements.
