You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection (Articles 15–21 GDPR) and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR).

3. Processors and third parties

• Cloudflare Pages – hosting and CDN (server logs, IP, user agent). EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Klaro – cookie consent banner (first-party cookie only).
• Supabase – Postgres database in EU region (Frankfurt). DPA in place.
• Google Calendar – synchronisation of confirmed bookings. DPA + SCCs.
• Resend – transactional e-mail (booking confirmations etc.). DPA + DPF.
• Voiceflow – chat and voice assistant. Hosted in Canada (EU adequacy decision applies). Loaded only after consent.
• WhatsApp Business / Meta – optional contact channel, only when you message us first.
• Telegram – internal operator notifications, anonymous IDs only.
• Matomo – self-hosted on our own server at Hetzner Online GmbH, data centre Frankfurt am Main (Germany). No third-country transfer. Opt-in only.
